Hi Everyone
DAVID TANNOCK OF WYLIE & BISSET 10/10
I first posted on this Forum on the 24 April then again on the 29 May 2016. My mind was in overdrive mode, consumed with worry and fear. Pieces of paper scattered everywhere with endless calculations of all the minimum payments that I had to meet and no matter how I tried they didn't add up to having enough money to survive a week never mind the month. My salary was now not enough to cover all my payments. Contacted all of my creditors on Christmas Eve morning with a view to reducing payments. Two creditors agreed, but this would all be added on after six months and the interest would keep increasing, other creditors refused, but even this wasn't realistically going to help. Thought I could handle this myself.
Slowly realising I would be well and truly dead as a doornail before I could pay my debts off as I was in such a mess, financially, emotionally and this nightmare was affecting my physical health. Normal everyday life was filling me with dread, normal that's a laugh, my nerves were constantly on edge and irritable, snappy, very moody, not functioning well at all. I had no disposable income for the everyday things we all require, food, clothing. The unexpected outlay, adding more pressure. The only time I felt any sense of relief was when I was sleeping, because then I didn't have the worry that is until that became intolerable and I couldn't sleep.
Really concerned that I would make another mistake, read a lot of this forum, from other sources also heard some horror stories about certain Insolvency Companies. I had to be completely certain in my heart and head that I was going to choose the right person to help me. I am more than delighted to report, it is the best decision I have ever made.
So where is this all this going you might ask yourself?
I signed my Trust Deed with Wylie & Bisset with payments I can afford.
Fast forward real time today 23 July 2016.
TRUST DEED PROTECTED

Hi Zandra,
It's really good to hear that you've been pleased with the way that David and his colleagues have assisted you.
More importantly, congratulations to you on taking action about this situation. Those first steps so often seem to be the hardest.
Thank you TDA, apologies for the above paragraph, realise I was more or less repeating myself from previous posts. Yes, a Big Thank you to David's colleagues as well. Totally agree with you that the first steps are the hardest, it did take me a long time to reach the stage where I needed expert help and feel grateful for the help I received.

So happy for you I was in that position and I chose a different company who weren't the best shall we say but I have now been out of mine for a year and it's the best feeling. It will get better. I just wish I'd chosen Whyllie and Bissett.
Thanks for your support Gleith, it was a very nice of you to comment. Am glad you are finished with yours though sorry to hear it wasn't the best experience and it's good to know things get better. Have followed your own post & others and really chuffed that it looks highly likely you will receive your PPI funds. Best of Luck & shall watch out to see what happens next with yourself & others. Yes, I could have chosen badly and you don't know for sure until later, but David and his Company were the solution I needed. Sheer relief.

Hi Zandra,
Thank you for your kinds words and positive feedback!
We really have made massive strides forward in the last couple of months trying to tackle the debts head on together. I remember our first chat about your options and about all of your concerns including the possibility of the Trust Deed having an impact on your job and opening up to your partner. We were both sitting in our cars talking to each other on the phone for over an hour!
You have come a long way in a short period of time and have done incredibly well tackling your debts head on. Now that your Trust Deed is protected you can relax knowing that all you need to do is maintain your monthly payments and you will be debt free at the end.
You know where I am and have my mobile number if you need any support or reassurance.

I simply could not have gotten through this process without your invaluable help, patience and honesty. I remember after our first meeting, my partner gave along. When we left your office I asked him what he thought of all the information you inparted and, lol, you. He said, Very Impressive. So, David You are in our book "Simply the Best".

I have thought long and hard about this, do I have anything I could have added, and yes I do. Last year, I with little knowledge searched the net for information on debt. Consolidation loans I presumed was my answer. After filling a form out for cons., loan I received a phone call, but my details had been passed on to a Company. Very nice guy, spent ages talking about possibility of Trust Deed. He sent me an e-mail, his designation was Salesman. Worried, I looked his Company up in one of the employment agencies, great pay, fair enough but when I read the next line, omg, it read Targets, for this you will receive holiday's tv., etc. He told me at the end of our chat, Dont take too long to think about this. What's the big rush I asked. Needless to say I avoided this like the plague. Another Company, names not given, but it is there in a previous post, monthly payment wow, very steep. Unafordable to me. I wish to stress I have nothing to gain by recommending David from Wyllie & Bisset. My only concern, I petsonally found it so hard trying to find who to I choose. It was a long drawn out process, searching for good information. So if anything I have said helps and I hope to god it does. Lastly, I thought I couldnt afford his companies fees, but happy to say yes I can. Have spent in time countless hours researching info., if this had saved you, coz time is precious to all of us, then am happy to share my experience.
