On looking on AiB-Register of Insolvencies it states
- Date of Trustee`s Discharge as 27/07/2011
Is this proof that i am discharged?
I havent heard anything from my Trustee Kenneth W Pattullo,Begbies Traynor.

Yes. If your Trust Deed was signed after April 2008 you should have received Form 5 confirming your discharge.

I havent received Form 5 or anything else from Begbies Traynor..But i shall call them & enquire.
