did a das back in june all was going fine now i am getting letters from my bank about my od asking to phone them which i did. they said account will be sent to a debt collection agency which will be getting in contact with me to make arrangement to pay money back told them i was in a das but they did aint understand

Presumably this was an overdraft that existed when the DAS started?
I know this must be frustrating, but it doesn't sound like you have anything to worry about. The debt arrangement scheme provides you with protection.
I'd go back to the organisation that set the DAS up for you and ask them to contact the bank on your behalf.

Unfortunately these kinds of problems can be common, as some banks' systems don't seem to cope well with DAS. As trust deed assistant says, let your money adviser know and they should get it sorted out.
