I am a sole trader, in Scotland. I am paying off several creditors thru a DAS.
I am in a legal dispute with a client £3K in the small claims court, if I loss
the judgement, and have to pay, can the Sheriff Officers enforce this
immediatly if engaged by the opposite party. Or does it have to be added to
the arrangement.

As I understand it, the debt should be added in to the DAS Debt Payment Programme by way of a variation by your money adviser. All creditors, including this new one, would have the chance to object to the variation and seek revocation instead if they wish, though it would still be within the power of the DAS Administrator to overrule any objections and approve a revised DPP regardless.

Did the legal dispute start before your DAS?
