Creditors claims

I have 4 creditors owing £15,348 but only 2 of the creditors have put in claims totalling £4557 so how long have the other 2 got to make a claim as I have been in my TD for 3 years I would have thought they would have made a claim by now .

Hi Golfer66.

I understand they can come forward anytime up to the end of a trust deed.

Hi Golfer66.

It is not unusual at all for trustees to have to chase creditors up to get them to make a claim. Presumably once your trustee does this then they will at last make a claim.
