Hi everyone.
The deadline for the remaining creditor claims must be submitted by the 6th of sept this is their second and final chance. If they don't submit their claims do they lose out. Also im sure vat has to be sorted out on my trust deed.
what is the timescale I can expect for this to be sorted?
Thanks.
Those creditor claims that are submitted and agreed will receive a dividend soon. Any creditor who has not claimed will not receive a dividend. Any creditor who submits a claim but does not claim the dividend by returning the application, will have their dividend consigned to the accountant in bankruptcy where it is held in trust. They can later claim it though. This is used so not to hold up the TD process.
The VAT issue should have been sorted by now the procedure has been in pace for some time now. Hopefully things can be sorted quickly and I am sure you will receive your discharge in no time.

I was told that if a creditor makes a claim and don't provide a good enough reason they get a further 14 days to resubmit so hopefully they do it properly the first time round. Would like to be discharged by the end of sept........knowing my luck though.
