Hi all, its been a while ๐Ÿ™‚

I joined Clearscore so I can see just how bad my credit rating is.
I have 2 negatives against my name, one of which is...

'You have had at least one account in Default or Repossession (R B S CARDS)'

When is this likely to disappear???? Its been 2.5 years since I completed my TD.

Thanks

Hi Amosphous

What date is showing as default against the RBS account?
Does that date match the default signing date of your Trust Deed?
Do you have any other defaulted accounts showing?

All defaulted accounts should be the same as the signing date of the Trust Deed.

All Defaulted Accounts and the Trust Deed will fall off your credit reference account six years after the individual default dates.

It is quite common for the default date not to match and you have to decide if you want to contact the companies to ask them to change the date to match the signing date or just wait until they fall off at the six year dates.
