I was discharged from my TD in June 2013. My credit score is still showing as very poor and it's all because during my trust deed, a Lloyds joint account shared with my husband was included in my TD.

The TD paid off my half of the joint account, but as it was a joint account, the other half of the balance (seen as my husbands half), wasn't!
We didn't have the funds to pay this off straight away, so we paid it off at ยฃ20 per month.

That was cleared two months ago, but is still showing up in my Noddle account, wrecking my credit score, and I don't know what to do. Advice would be gratefully received. TIA.

How is it showing in your credit score, greenie - as satisfied/settled?

Your liability was discharged at the same time as your discharge from the Trust Deed, regardless of whether a joint party was still liable, so the date showing as settled or whatever should be then I'd have thought.

Hello greenie.

It's not half and half when it comes to joint accounts - you both individually owe the full amount due on the account.

Your liability ended when you were discharged from your trust deed. The balance for this account on your credit file should have been set to zero.

Your husband was individually responsible for the full remaining balance from this point of time.

In your shoes I'd be contacting the lender, explaining the circumstances, and demanding that my credit report be corrected with the dates of correction backdated appropriately.
