Hi, I'm wondering how long I'd likely have to wait to be able to re-mortgage after my TD ends?

There have been a few similar posts on the subject and I dont think there is a straight answer. The Trust Deed will show on your credit file for 3 years after the Trust Deed, but a lot will depend on value of property, how much you are looking to remortgage for LTV etc.
The adise seems to be to speak with a broker who deals with the whole market and see what they come up with.
