I have just recently signed a trust Deed with an excellent company. They have been extremely helpful and sympathetic at all times during this process. I wanted to share with people in the same position as me that companies such as MBNA, Barclaycard and Abbey will hassle you even if you have signed a Trust Deed. They do not seem to realise that a legal document has been signed and they should not be hassling you!. So, if you are in the same position as me do not despair there is light at the end of the tunnel. Dont let them grind you down.
