i only have 4 weeks to go till discharge and i got a letter friday advising they are going to claim on my behalf for PPI! does this mean my discharge is going to be delayed?????? to be honest i'm worried sick - as much as i was pre-trust deed protection!!!!

If you signed after April 2008, then there is no reason why your Trustee cannot discharge you and remain in office to deal with the PPI.

ohh great. Also - i paid a fee at the start which protected my house from creditors, so they can't touch it? is this right?

If that was the agreement, then I think the house will be fine.
