Usually it's the Full amount + 8% interest and your Trustees Fees..... Hopefully your expenses will be less due to you finishing your PTD early........

Good luck......

Welcome to the trust deed forum Brooklyn.

The answer may depend on what the source of these funds will be. Would you mind letting us know?

Hi Brooklyn

As Porcupine says, you have to pay the debts in full, plus 8% interest, in addition to your Trustees fees. If you have not been in it the full 3 years the fees may be reduced, but in honesty, the bulk of the work is done at the beginning of the Trust Deed, and therefore that is where the bulk of the fees go.
Hope you have some money left for yourself!!

Just out of interest on that point, did you know that if you have life insurance written into Trust for someone, it means if you die during your Trust Deed, the money goes to your partner or siblings etc, not to your Trustee...........One to think about!

Hi again.

If the lump sum falls short of that total you'd normally carry on with the monthly contributions as well as paying over the lump sum.

Hi Brooklyn

Sorry, but TDA is correct, you would need to continue with your contributions if all the costa were not met.
