Hi my trust deed was advertised on 6th September Edinburgh gazette but my creditors don't seem to be informed to it yet.when will they come to know?my trust deed company might not have contacted my creditors yet and I keep telling them everyday to contact my creditors with the payment plan you have because they are calling me everyday so many times.even they seem to be quite ready and willing to help when I inform them about my problem but my trust deed company haven't contacted anyone yet I think though I tell them everyday and ask when will they do but no answer.what should I do

The trustee will normally wait till a copy of the ad has been posted to him, although the circular should be within 7 days of the ad. I suspect creditors will be circularised before Friday.

Hi ibmstyle.
The initial communications often go to the creditor's agents rather than the creditors themselves.
They don't always communicate with each other as quickly as people would like which can lead to unwanted contacts.
