For anyone experiencing difficulty trying to contact Mint Credit card to update their credit file, I have .... eventually .... found contact details where they appear to be able to deal with the credit file update:
(I have previously written to Customer Services, Southend on Sea and Data Controller, RBS, Edinburgh).
Insolvency Credit Cards
Credit Management Services
P.O. Box 16337
7 Brindley Place
Birmingham

Tel: 0800 151 0400

Hope the information is of some help.
Thanks for sharing that Firewalker. I'm sure some readers will find it useful.
It is perhaps worth pointing out that you're perfectly entitled to expect a bank to pass your enquiry to the right department whatever address or department you originally contacted.
I know that's fine in theory, and doesn't always work in practice, but is perhaps worth pointing out in terms of weighing up when fair efforts have been made already and a complaint might now be reasonable.
I agree completely TDA. This was my last attempt before involving complaints authorities. If it does not result in any action, then I will need to lodge a complaint with ICO and I will also ask the Credit Reference Agencies to help (they offered to do so).
This was just in case anyone was going round in the same circles I was or is about to write to MINT - save them wasted correspondence.
