For some time I considered entering a Trust Deed but kept putting it off. I eventually took the plunge and contacted David Tannock of Wylie Bisset.
I need not have worried as right from the start David proved to very helpful and understanding, he explained all the available options in detail and once I decided on a TD he was there to guide me.
The TD became protected mainly due to David's help as it wasn't a straight forward case.
