Hi I have been offered shares in my company. They are worth around 8p each and I can obtain around 2000 of these. I think that this may be worth doing and have persusded my partner to pay for these. Should I also make my Trustee aware of these since the first opportunity to sell these on will be well after my PTD ends. Just want to keep myself right going into the final year of my PTD. Thanks

Hi spider

slightly tricky this as the shares would be in your name and may be seen as aquirenda (asset obtained before the end of the TD)

My advice would be to advise the Trustee and ensure that they are aware your partner will fund the purchase and have them confirm that they will have no interest.
