hi the reason they have given me is that i have not provided all the evidence for my income to which i know for a fact i have even down to a letter from my mother saying what money she has given me so i can't understand why i have these arrears. i didn't go into this lightly and i feel this is wrong because everything they have asked for i have provided so why should i be penalised????

It is difficult to comment without having the full picture, but if you have complied and provided all necessary information all along then I agree it would be unfair for you to be prejudiced by your trustee not doing their job properley, nancy b. Do you have evidence to back up your assertions if you did complain?

hi, I called them yesterday and they are going to look into again I said to them that is a bit a bit much to be due they said its because my income had increased and i hadn't told them but i still maintain i gave them all my details, so i will see what they come back with
