Hi All

I received a letter from KPMG to confirm administration is now complete and the paperwork has been sent to office of accountant in bankruptcy in order for my discharge.

I presume thats me done and dusted now?

Cheers

Hi Totalneep.

This sounds like really good news.

It becomes official when your discharge is recorded on the Register of Insolvencies. You can monitor that status online.

Hi Totalneep,

It sure is! Congratulations.

Look out for your Form 5 Certificate of Discharge as this is your official confirmation that you have successfully completed your Trust Deed. As Paul said keep this safe.

Next step would be to look at rebuilding your credit file. I know you might not want credit ever again but itโ€™s a good idea to rebuild it just in case as it can take a bit of time and work to sort out. Lots of useful information on the forum about how to do this.

Finally how did you find the Trust Deed process, is it something you would recommend to people that are financially struggling with debts?
