I have a bank account I rarely use. It is not my main one, where my wages go into. If I close the other account, will my TD company know?

Hi melissa

No, I can't see any reason why they would check or find out.

Hi melissa.

Is there a reason why you'd be concerned that they'd know?

There's no harm in having a second account melissa.

Some people use one to stash away their allowances for things that they don't have to buy every week or month so the cash is there when it's needed.

Allowances for clothing, car tax and vehicle repairs might be good examples.
