Welcome to the forum stev2011.

The trust deed firms represented here by Kevin, Chris, Shona and Mark tell us this only takes them a few weeks (assuming their client has completed their obligations).

Sadly we seem to be hearing from more and more people here who are frustrated and sometimes infuriated that the firms they are with aren't prioritising getting this work done for their clients.

That seems very wrong after thousands of pounds have been paid in fees.

Hi steve2011

If you signed after April 2008, then it should take about 4 weeks from the date of your final payment.

Was it all agreed that the lump sum would end the trust deed stev2011?

I suspect it was from your posts.

It really is hard to know what to say stev2011.

I'd suggest that you keep some pressure applied to get this work done. I do hope your discharge comes soon.
