My 3 year payments end at the end of December and I've agreed to pay out the equity I owe from a 3rd party rather than a resell (fingers crossed). From what I remember - I have 6 months from the last payment to come up with this money? Any wages earned etc within after 36 month period aren't deducted by the TD?

Hi leeper1974

There is no timescale as such, certainly nothing in the guidance/rules regarding timescale. This is really between yourself and the Trustee.

Once you have made the agreed payments (36) then the standing order will cease and no further payments will be required. This then allows you to deal with the equity position.

Thanks Mark, I remember the IP saying 6 months after the end - but I'll check this with them...any extra time would help but then the sooner I'm discharged the better!
