That sounds right, but remember that the 10p in the pound is after the costs and outlays of the trustee have been paid, so it depends on how high the trustee's fees are as to how much, or how long (or both) you would have to pay in order to cover the fees and pay the minimum dividend.
As such it can sometimes pay to shop around a little.
