Just a thought, but when there are changes in Trust Deed legislation (such as the one mentioned here a few times about the increase in car values from £1k to £3k in November last year)are they posted anywhere on this site?

I don't go anywhere else for info about Trust Deeds other than this site, so it would be great if all that useful info was published here.

Can I just say thanks very much for providing such a great site and it's a real comfort to know that the experts are on hand for advice!

Thank you for your suggestion smoothoperator. Thank you also for your kind words about the site.

Changes in the legislation surrounding trust deeds aren't frequent. When they have happened they're often referred to be the experts in their answers to questions in the forum. Where relevant, articles about the changes may also be added to the "trust deed news" and "trust deed blog" sections of the site as well. Certain changes have led to new "main menu" pages as well, for example the page on the site for the relatively new "Certificate for Sequestration".
