Hi everyone just a quick question. I have a TD with Wilson Andrews, this began sept last year. Up until this point I have had the same "relationship manager". Who I have contacted at various points. I now have a new relationship manager- only discovered this when I had to send in documents for my review. Why would they change the person dealing with my case and should I not have been informed of this?

Perhaps your relationship manager has moved on/up. Would have been nice of them to inform you, ours changed mid TD they informed us. Seems some are more professional than others!

Hi Nemo1.

I guess it's inevitable that people will move around companies and take on different roles sometimes.

I can appreciate that it would be nice to be told in advance, but hopefully little or nothing will change as a result of this switch.

I think it's likely they've moved on. It's not that unusual for the person you deal with to change over the course of the Trust Deed.

We restrict the 1st point of contact to either myself or Maria which while not idea, seems to work ( apart from the phone calls on Xmas day!!)

I'm with WA, just completed my 1st year and am on my 3rd relationship manager. Was never contacted to be made aware of changes, only found out when trying to call them with queries.

Every end has a start !!
