After speaking to trustee office i was shocked to hear that there had been five objections to my trust deed, but then relieved to hear after great work by all at Philip Mcgill that all objections had been withdrawn and i am now awaiting the confirmation that my trust deed is protected any day now.

My partner has recently being pronounced bankrupt. This was done by way of (certificate of bankruptcy) due to the fact she was on state benefits only. She has now have being called up for a medical and due to new stricter guidelines believes she may be passed fit for work. If this is the case is she allowed to get employment and is there any restriction on earnings due to her now being declared bankrupt
Any feed back would be appreciated.

Hi Aveda

The insolvency exchange act for most creditors nowadays and as i understand it, keyed in the key data to receive their accept/reject option. A short call to clarify one point was all it took, so no real hard work to be honest.

If your wife was to gain employment, you would need to do a revised income and expense to assess any contribution.

Hi aveda.

I'm really pleased to hear that Mark and his team were able to overcome these objections for you. Well done to all.

When do you expect to hear about protection? Please let us know when you do.
