Hi,
I entered a protected trust deed in May 2025. I have had 2 CCJ's applied in July 2026. Both for debts that are included in the trust deed. I didn't know this could happen. Will these still be on my credit file a year longer than the rest?Â

Hi Sparrow565, where are you based? CCJ's are normally for English domiciled individuals. In Scotland, it's decrees. But it might just be how it shows up on your credit file.
I relation to your file. Credit agencies have their own rule. Decrees can be on for 6 years I think, but you can insist that the start date of it is backdated to the start of your trust deed i believe.Â
