So anything above the £1,000 I still have to pay at end of td in 2013? Is mileage, condition etc taken into account when at the end of the td? If my car was worth 3,000 would the trustee come and go a bit with the payments.

You would need to check this with your Trustee. As Mark states this is the guidance given however did you receive anything in writing, before you signed the Trust Deed, about what would happen with your car?

At the end of the Trust Deed our firm would obtain a valuation from an online website however we would also give the individual the option to obtain a valuation from their local garage.

As to whether the Trustee would come and go with the payments is anyone's guess, however if you don't ask, you don't get!
