I have been with Carrington Dean for 1 year now, there were a few things at first what I was unsure about (as Mark says "get it in writing") and I did not have it in writing, I have done my 6 month review last year and all seems well, they are professional enough for me. The things in writing were bonuses etc but I have sorted that out with them now and I pay half to them. They seem honest and fine and came to the house for the interview. Good Luck

Hey, I am also thinking about using them. If you Earn bonus do you pay half into the deed? Also how much disposable income do they leave you to live on? Food shopping, work clothes etc,

I don't think anyone is realistically able to answer the points raised.

These will need to be/should be clarified ( exactly) with the IP before you sign anything.
