Hi there i was wondering if you could help me?
I already have a TD. What i wanted to know was if i am aloud to do this?
My brother has offered me his car as he is getting a new one. He has done this as he knows i need a car to travel back & forwrd to work. Only thing i have to do is make the rest of the finance payments owed to the car. Am i aloud to do this and if so will they be able to take the car off me. The car is worth more than ?ú1000.
Any help will be much appreciated.

I guess it depends on a couple of things:
1) will the car be transferred into your name?
2) can you afford to take over the payments and still meet your obligations under the trust deed?
How have you been managing so far if you need a car to travel to work?
Really, the answer is that you should discuss the matter with your trustee before you go ahead with anything.
