Hello stuartrae1,

Were you asked whether you had a vehicle by the company that set up the Trust Deed for you? This would be a pretty normal question during their factfinding to establish your assets.

Hi Stuartrae1

Easiest answer is yes, you would require to notify the Trustee. This could be viewed as an asset and selling it may be be seen (worst case scenario) as disposal of an asset without the Trustee's agreement.
