I am now at the end of my trust deed. I had Hp on my car which was not included in my trust deed. I finished my payments 4 months ago. However they have written to me asking for £2400 the value of my car. The car is now in my daughters name and is under £3000 I signed my trust deed in 2009 and at the time they never mentioned they would ask for the value of my car at the end of my trust deed. They also have had 8000 in PPI payments from me.

It is quite common for extra payments to have to be made into a trust deed at the end to take account of value that is in a car at the start. However, this should certainly have been discussed and made clear to you prior to you signing the trust deed.
I'm afraid the PPI refunds are a separate matter altogether and cannot be put towards paying off another asset. Sorry if this is not what you want to hear Pathfinder1.

Hi Pathfinder1,
Do you have any paperwork in relation to the vehicle and what was discussed/agreed at the start of your Trust Deed?
