Hi again,
really in relation to my previous question regarding my daughter who wants to go to university - can a student qualify for a trust deed for debts she incurred whilst working??? if not what is the best option for her debts?

As per my other post I'm interested how your daughter intends to fund university and also whether she will study full-time or part-time?

Hi Dawn
There is no reason why a student cannot sign a trust deed - as long as they can afford to pay a sufficient contribution to get acceptance by the creditors.
