Hi I've just opened an account with call credit equifax and I've went into the credit agreements page most of my agreements has an S next to them which I take it means settled 2 has a D which means defaulted and 1 that has a U which means not updated, does this sound about right I finished my trust deed 5 months ago? The 1 with a U was part of my trust deed????

Yes that seems right. Ou can ask them to update all the files, although I can't remember the link ! I am sure TDA may be able help when she visits next.
