Just read that the FCA has told Brighthouse to pay £14.8m back to 249,000 customers. Presumably these refunds will be similar to PPI and due into a Trust Deed?

An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.

That may well be the case, Certiorari - though it should only be an issue for people who are as yet undischarged.

Also, if those numbers are correct, then a quick bit of mental arithmetic tells me we are not likely to be dealing in large sums here - that's an average of only around £75 per person isn't it?

Thanks Kevin. Doesn't seem worth the effort, although I guess some refunds will be higher than £75.
