My TD ends in December and I'm providing payment for the equity via a 3rd party, hopefully soon after that. My question is, I normally get a company bonus in January, and up until now I've provided half to the Trustee, is this still at risk until I'm finally discharged?

Well done on being so near the finishing line! If you have made all your payments, then I think it woud be unfair to touch any of this bonus. You seem to have cooperated fully, so your obligations should stop after the 36 months agreed . However, you will have to check with you trust deed company.
