Hi tracey.

From what source has the debtor application pack come?

An insolvency practitioner is the individual responsible for handling a trust deed or bankruptcy. They're often referred to here as the "Trustee".

Changing bank accounts will be necessary if you owe money to your current bank.

I cannot see any reason why your benefit income would change.

You do not need an insolvency practitioner, Tracey, though can choose to nominate one to be your trustee if you wish. If you do not then the Accountant in Bankruptcy becomes your trustee by default.
