Was declared Bankrupt October 2011 now over a year now trying to build up a credit rating , as one of the most important questions is have you been declared Bankrupt in the last year is my answer Yes or No? It's almost 15 month since i started Bankruptcy which only last a year , hope this all makes sense[:)][:)]

I think the precise wording of that type of question will vary a little.
It probably therefore needs to be read quite closely each time.

I think TDA is correct is saying read the wording carefully. If however it does say have you been declared bankrupt in the last 12 months, then your answer is no. As it is more than 12 months since your bankruptcy was awarded.
