I signed on 29th feb, which included my overdraft of £1300. Due to bank charges I went over the limit, to which HBOS kindly added £5 per day. I did set the figure at £1450 on my TD as I knew they would add on a months £5 per day. They have now added a further £29 charge and are now charging £5 per day based on the new figure of £1450. IP have writeen to all parties Edinburgh gazette has been published. Am I going to get landed with this £5 per interest until they finally stop charging?

Dont worry, their claim will be calculated as at the date of signing and anything after that will be legally written off.
