Hi again, after reading other comments today regarding bank accounts I am slighty confused.
When we signed our trust deeds nothing was mentioned about changing our bank of scotland current account. We were advised by our IP not to use the overdraft facility of ?รบ200. We had never used the overdraft previously. We were advised that if the trust deed was not protected and we had to go for bankruptcy that it would be difficult to have a bank account. Out trust deed was protected a year ago and I have never gave it another thought until now.
Are we supposed to advise our bank of our trust deed?

Thanks

Hi Car038

no, there is no requirement. Just use the account as normal.
