Hi,

Was wondering if anyone has experience of the following situation.

I have have been contacted about a new job with RBS however they are one of my largest creditors that I owed money to. I think if I took the job then they would pay my wages into a RBS account which may cause issues as I'm still in a trust deed?

Hi Commando1.

I think the best option here is to bring everything out into the open at an early stage?

Hi Commando1

Is it a requirement for wages to be paid into an RBS account?

Hi Commando1,

My better half works for a high street bank and it's a requirement that she have a bank account with the bank for her salary to be paid into.

Your probably going to have to check with the RBS about this and if it will cause a problem.

Let us know how you get on.

Thanks for the replies.

I spoke to the internal recruiter in RBS who advised me to send a brief overview of the Trust deed. He did mention that he thinks they have hired or know of people that are in trust deeds who work for RBS.

I have to send my C.V over and he will contact the Manager of the department who is hiring.

They approached me about the position and on paper looks to be a good position so hopefully the trust deed doesn't causes issues.

Will keep you posted on how I get on.

Thanks
