I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the forum for their advice and help.

Also wanted to say thanks to Mark for taking the time to come & see me and for running through all the different options. I can't believe I was so worried or sceptical I suppose. For a long time I feared the worst and imagined all sorts of horrible things, but I actually laughed for the first time in a long time ( furniture story!) and saw a clear route ahead. No pressure, just clear answers.

I think people always assume there's a catch, but sometimes there's not and the forum shows there actually are decent people.

Thanks to everyone and I'll continue to check in and maybe even give some advice from my experience.
