Good morning Trust Deeders after a lot of consideration and sleepless nights I decided to phone Begbies Traynor regarding the length this trust deed has taken 6 years !!!! I asked for the Regulators name and address and was then told Begbies had been taken over and a lot of staff had left, I am now wondering if this is going to hold the trust deed up even more. Does anyone know whats going on ???? I am sick of their consistent lies and promises that never seem to materialise.
Hi Lissy
Who is your Trustee? I'm not aware of any takeover as such and even if this was the case, I don't see this holding up the discharge.
Is your Trustee Mr Patullo?

Sorry to say I have had the same problems with this company and now into year seven of my deed . Hopefully your trustee is not the same as mine , who is Mr Patullo . If he is I have direct contact details for the IPA in London should you wish to complain .[:0]
Hi Everyone,Mark,Plasticdaft,
Yes my IP is Mr K Patullo and I have commenced a complaint regarding Begbies Traynor to the Insolvency Practitioners Service complaints department turned out BT had not been taken over at all just a lot of staff had left!!!!!!!! Still Waiting another month on. I have been following plastics story thought i was bad.
Certainly from my experience, there appears to be mass confusion. The case I've been involved with is certainly the worst I have ever experienced in over 25 years. And that's saying something!
Hopefully the governing body will see a pattern and act appropriately.

Thanks Mark by complaining to IP assoc does this mean it will be held up even longer ? I feel terrible but it's the only way I'm going to get any where and Pinalta seems in the same boat when there are descent good honest practitioners out there who really care, also how long do you think it will be for the complaint to process they said 2 weeks but this one might take a while here's hoping it gets resolved one way or another but I bet Mr Patullo won't be hurrying it up now .
Hi lissybladey
If anything, it should speed things up hopefully.
If you check the internet, there appears to be a collection of 'issues' in various cases with this particular IP following complaints by creditors and even concerns from another IP!
