I have finally came to the end of my trust deed, I have looked at this forum alot over the last 4 years and found it very helpful, my question is my mum paid the £500 at the begining to take out equity at the end, i was in negative equity then and still am now but the trust deed company have just had a company contact me to survey the house. is this normal procedure.

I don't see why they should need another valuation if the trustee's interest was already bought out by your mum, patch. Maybe is an oversight on their part - I would give them a call if I were you and ask for clarification.
