I had a discussion regarding my trust deed that I had been in for 4 years. It was agreed that it would end and to stop making payment for April. I have now just received a form that I need some help understanding what it means. If there is anyone here that can help it would be much appreciated what the form is. I'm hoping it is good news??

The form is. Form 72.6E Form of notice of recall of Inhibition to be recorded in th Register of Inhibitions and Adjudications under Paragraph 2(2) of Shedule 5 to the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985. It goes on saying that the notice by my trustee under the trust deed has been recorded on such a date is now recalled.

What does all this mean if anyone can advice and put my mind at ease. Many thanks

Hi smitchyo.

This sounds like part of the closure of your trust deed.

Recalling any inhibition would be one of the tasks for your trustee to complete.

Hi smitchyo

I've never actually heard of that form as the recall form is Form 14. However as TDA says its a form recalling a Notice of Inhibition which is sent at the start of the trust deed and is required as part of the process when discharging you and closing down the trust deed. Nothing to worry about.
