I agree with Shona on this, and the guidance from the Accountant in Bankruptcy backs this up. It might be pushing your luck to get them to discharge you from your trust deed early, but they shouldn't refuse you discharge just because of a change in circumstances beyond your control.
First step is to see what they are willing to do in terms of reducing your payment though. Best of luck.
Thanks both for your comments I do agree and have found new energy to keep fighting this with support here. Thanks and keep you posted. J

Well what a time I have had! And how much a day can turn around! Ended up at the Doctors migrain so severe could hardly function! Diagnosis high blood pressure and stress (no surprise there)I have to chill, medication to take every night A fast acting tablet later and Mum to look after me feeling better headed back home. To post from WA. Wow I can hardly believe! And bad becomes good. It reads.. Trust deed update. Contributions to date - information provided reviewed and calculated arrears of £424.50 due to reduced contributions and your trust deed will be extended by approx 9 months (I was get worry here felt the head start to pound again) but wait... Current income and expenditure - I have reviewed with information provided and concluded your monthly contribution (prior to any adjustment for arears or overpayments of your contributions) should decrease from £161 to £70. Your decrease in contribution is due to a decrease in income over the course of the Trust Deed. Contribution conclusion - On the basis of above your monthly contribution will now be £70. Goodness![:0] I feel like the greatest weight been lifted off my head. This will make a huge difference. And even though extended means I have 2 years left but will be managable. I understand this and not mind. So at last well done Wilson Andrews. And thank you all on here for the support and helping me in winning this battle. J [:)]
