My final payment for my trust deed is October this year - I think!! Problem being I have had no correspondence from Apex since they took over RSM accounts - not even one letter. I just want to confirm the details, but have no contact name - my contact at RSM was Nicola Kennedy. What should I do - any help would be appreciated.
Welcome to the forum shatra.
We know from plenty of other threads that Apex have tried to contact their clients since the changeover. Perhaps there is an issue with the contact details that they hold for you.
You should be able to call any of the Apex Debt Solutions offices and be put in touch with whoever is responsible for handling your case.
Hi shatra,
Well done on reaching this point in your Trust Deed and hopefully your last payment is October. The reason I say that is sometimes people can enter a Trust Deed in the October for example but not start paying until the November or December and as a result it runs for 36 payments. Give Apex a call and ask them for an update on your case and when your last payment is.
Once you do, let us know how you get on and when your final payment is.

I also used to be with Nicola at RMS.
I knew nothing of the changes regarding Apex taking over RMS until i spotted a thread on this site. From that point however their comms got much better. I was written to advising of the changes. I was written to advising not to worry over the handover period (confirming what I could do in the interim). I was written to confirming who and what office had our PTD's. And then I was written to for the completion of the annual reviews.
To date I have had no other reason to contact them and fully expect our next contact to be in March 2015 at our second review.
so, if they have not contacted you at all then I would be calling them to establish who your PTD manager is.
You should be able to check your Standing Orders to confirm the number of payments made to your PTD which should reassure you when your last payment is due also.
Half way already!
