Hi Folks, quick question......

I've now been discharged for over 2 years but am still getting annual statements from creditors sent to my address, they are not asking for money or payment just a statement... My credit history has all my debts as either settled or satisfied, so is it correct that I still get the odd statement or should I contact them.....?

Anyway hope yer all doing ok.........

Hi Porcupine

This seems to be pretty common. I think the only way to stop it will be to contact the creditors ( call centre )directly to remove you from their system. Good luck!

Hope you are well. Cant believe that's 5 years!

Hi Porcupine,

I hope all's good with you?

Given that your credit report has been updated, I doubt that these organisations will be wanting to use their resources to send incorrect statements to you.

As per Mark's comments, you'd hope that a quick call might be enough to get them to stop (assuming that you're motivated to do anything at all about it).
