Thanks TDA, does that mean there is no legal requirement for a review?

A question for one of our other experts that one cjk. I'm just a humble debt adviser!

I'd imagine it would be a guidance matter rather than a legal requirement though, but I could easily be wrong.

Hopefully someone will be along soon to confirm.

I have a feeling it is a legal requirement actually, though would need to double check the regulations. If not then it is certainly stated in the AIB's Guidance to Trustees, which Trustees have a duty to follow too.

If so Kevin what would a failure to do an annual review mean?

For the insolvency practitioner do you mean? I guess it probably depends on how systemic the problem is - much more of an issue if it is the same situation on many of their cases.

Well done on reaching this point in your Trust Deed and being 2 payments away from successfully completing it and becoming debt free.

This shouldn't be something which has any impact on the final stages of your Trust Deed. If your worried you could give your Trustee a call to confirm what their discharge procedure is when you make your final 2 payments and how long you will need to wait for your Form 5 discharge.

How have you found the whole Trust Deed process?

If your question relates to a trust deed that you're already in, then this forum is the place to ask it.
