Hi
I've still no news from CF about discharge, it's been about 4 months now. I got some mail yesterday which enclosed an Annual Report which they say has been sent to my creditors. This is the first time I have ever received anything like this during the process. It is quoting lots of figures about payments and dividend percentages.
I don't want to get too excited yet, but could this be a first step on the road to discharge? I'm also thinking it's just may part of the CF admin process and has nothing to do with discharge at all.
Any thought appreciated, it's a long time till office opening hours!

It sounds like this is the statement that they send to Creditors at every anniversary of your Trust Deed, rather than the start of the discharge process I'm afraid.
No harm in calling them to check though, and giving them a push at the same time.

You were right enough, a few months more then should get discharged.
