My trustee is currently looking into potential PPI claims and I have signed and returned a number of questionnaires

I received a call tonight from Lloyds wanting to discuss the questionnaire they have received. The first thing is I refused to confirm my personal details as I could not confirm they were who they said they were because they were calling from a blocked number.

Anyway my question is should any queries be directed to TD company as thy are acting on my behalf or do I need to speak to them?

I am going to email TD company tomorrow but Lloyds are calling me back tomorrow night and lot sure if I will have a reply. I won't get a chance to phone as I will be at work

final payment 1st May 2015

Hi M2T

I think you should refer all matters to your trustee.
